The front office staff was very nice, but the doctor spent very little time in the room and seemed to barely be listening when I tried to talk about my symptoms. He was halfway out the door when I was still trying to ask him questions. As I was leaving, I was upset that my initial concern had not been resolved, so I spoke to the woman at the front desk and she got the Medical Assistant for me. The MA took the time to listen to my concerns and to talk with me about things I could do to ease pain.
